Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Core facility is located in the Center for Structural Biology (CfSB) Building in a huge magnet hall optimally house a Bruker Avance III 600 MHz Spectrometer witha 13C DCH cryoprobe and a sample changer. The NMR Facility and staff are available for research support to investigators who want to use NMR for structural elucidation of small molecules and for the study of chemical and biological reactions. Assistance in the design of experiments and spectral analysis is available upon request. Hands-on training is available for long term users who want to have full access to the instrument, as well as assisted runs by a staff are offered to investigators who occasionally need to use core instrument.
